cold
RainyDayz asked:

I’m just starting to get a cold and I would really like for it to not get any worse. I know its that time of year where it starts spreading very quickly, so what would you recommend to stop it?

Despite the hype, airborne has not been clinically proven to improve the symptoms associated with the common cold. Airborne is essentially a mega dose of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning that regardless of how much Vitamin C we ingest our body only uses a precise amount and the rest is excreted in the urine. So, airborne essentially gives you vitamin C rich pee. The best medicine for a cold is any standardover the counter decongestant that contains the active ingredient pseudophedrine, or phenylephrine. Mucinex, which contains the active ingredient Guafenisan, is excellent at improve the removal of mucus.
