Cool washcloths on her forehead to help the fever. Gargling with warm salt water for the sore throat and rubbing some Vicks on her chest to open the nasal passages.

Hey hey .. =) anyways the best thing u can do is make her drink very very very very very many water the water takes the mocus out of her throat which makes congestion much easier to flow down to the throat and out also another one my mom make me do is heat a lot of water rly rly hot that it smokes and u have to lay on your front on the edge on my bed and my head just a little outside of the bed get a towel and dip it on WARM WATER not the hot one u heated up anyways what you do with the hot water is put it just on the floor where her head is stickin out of the edge of the bed and make her breath the steam.. the steam makes the cold very easy to sneeze and then just do this and in like 2-3 days shes cured yehey trust me lol i went there anyways GL lol god bless and say hi to ure mom to me lol!! I almost i forgot wat u do in the towel is just put it around the back of her head so shes comfortably warm while the process takes also remember to take a shower so the heat will be released from the body and so will The cold!

I do very well with echinacea and garlic. Also Sinus Support by Nature’s Sunshine does very well to clear up my sinuses. Nature’s Sunshine products have always proved to me to be the most potent and consistent.

Halitosis happens in some patients with a strep throat.
