“The” fever? There’s only one??

A runny nose, sneezing, coughing, sore throat or body aches aren’t clues as to whether or not you have a fever or are going to have one in the near future. The best way to know is to take your tempertaure with a thermometer. Short of that, if you feel very warm or very cold with chills, you probably have a fever but there’s no way to know from this how high it is.

I don’t understand what you mean by “what kind of cold do I have?”. I don’t know that you a have cold to begin with.
