What are some good ways to get over a cold
(Besides rest and vitamin C)
and how can you tell the difference between allergies and a cold?

echinacea and astragalus, a good antioxidant formulation, an herbal tea blend, thats about all i can think of

echinacea tea is very good at helping you body to fight illness. Also to improve your breathing put some eucalyptus oil in a simmering pot; it will help to open your nasal passages without drugs and allow better oxygen saturation. Ensure that your extremities are kept dry, wet hair can reduce body heat and WASH your hands! most “colds” are viral and are transmitted by contact.
The best and most accurate way is outside of medical testing with your doctor. People can be allergic to nuts, flour, pollens and many more stimuli. Many can affect respiratory performance.
