flu
josietheninja asked:

I’m coming down with the flu (sore throat, head cold, temperature, etc) and I am meant to be going to New York tomorrow. What are some good foods I can eat to help me get on the road to recovery fast?

Thanks!

Take some vitamin C and Echinachea. Drink lots of fluids and avoid dairy products and citrus juice since it produces more mucus/flem.

Though one or two of these elements won't be present when the patient is first seen for medical therapy. Take as much info feasible to the doctor and if the surgeon is hesitant to testing you for RMFS, as was in my case, you should insist.

If dander from dogs or pussies is implicated, those animals should be removed from contact. This type of care ought to be done under strict control of a consultant, since grim reactions may happen.
