My puppy, twinkie, has been coughing up mucus multiple times a day, and has a fever. She also has snot coming out of her nose at a steady rate. I have already taken her to the vet but he is unable to tell me if it is kennel cough or some kind of infection as i do not have the money to pay for the blood tests.
