I know, I should go to school, yadayada, this isn’t for school, this is for the weekend. I don’t want to go on a trip with my step-father.

I’ve been feeling really tired so I don’t really have to fake feeling bad, but my mom doesn’t want to let me stay home from the trip without a fever, and she uses the ear thermometer, digital. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fake the digital ear thermometer while being watched take my temperature?
