LySsA asked:

I’m 12 years old, and I just started to recover from a 103 degree fever. How much water should I drink to keep me healthy?

Drink a lot. As much as you can. You should have been drinking water constantly during your fever. I recently had a 104 fever and I drank all the time. It helps to keep you from getting dehydrated and can help bring down the fever.

As much as you can swallow. Water is cleansing and helps the body, sick or not. Drink as much as you can and let it pass as often as you can. Hope this helps!!!
