fever
darkshadow0307 asked:

My puppy, twinkie, has been coughing up mucus multiple times a day, and has a fever. She also has snot coming out of her nose at a steady rate. I have already taken her to the vet but he is unable to tell me if it is kennel cough or some kind of infection as i do not have the money to pay for the blood tests. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TO THE VET!!! NOW!! Find another vet who will let you make payments. They are out there.

maybe you should give the dog over to someone who can afford blood tests. if you dont find out what is wrong with him, get him treated….it could end up being fatal. find a cheaper vet if anything….

please go to another vet.

if u have a petsmart near by there are Banfield Hospital in there, they have aid for people that can not afford vet bills.

get well soon!!

Get her on antibiotics. Whether it is kennel cough or a different infection, it sounds like antibiotics are needed to clear it up. Go to a different vet.

the vet moron. If you were vomitting mucus you’d still get checkedout.

you need to find the money. I mean – here you are typing on your computer with your internet access. You have things that you could sacrifice to get money to pay for your ill dog.

That being said: here is a website that can extend credit if you qualify. It can be used for veternary services.

i would start calling other vets in your area, tell them what your dog is doing and ask them what tests they would run and ask a price
