colds
carlosdavid asked:

How do I make myself less prone to catch colds?
What can I do?
I had a cold on february and now again since monday.
It’s so annoying.
Has it happened to you that you get sick (colds) frequently? Like every 4 or 5 months?
I’m having now a lot of stress.
Any good tips?

I work at a hospital, so I put myself in the way of germs every single day. I myself have a weak immune system, so the odds of me getting sick are huge! The best way I have found is handwashing believe it or not! Seriously…yours hands are the dirtiest place on your body! If you was your hands a lot it will seriously lessen the likelihood of you transering germs into your system. Oh…and if you’re worried about your hands getting dry and cracked and stuff from washing them a lot, wet your hands before you put the soap on…it helps!

wash hands frequently as possible or use hand sanitizer, but good ole handwashing with soap is better. don’t rub your eyes or nose either……they are just portals for the germs you may have picked up to enter

I used to get a lot of colds. I started taking a vitamin called
Echinacea. It has done wonders for me!

I also wash my hands a lot and keep your fingers out of your mouth!

There are three things you can do.

1. wash your hands
2. wash your hands
3. wash your hands

seriously that is how we get sick, from the germs we pick up on our hands and then touch our mouth or eyes.
