I have to memorise this HUGE speech in French and I don’t really do that well in French and I knwo I will just make a total fool of myself to tomorrow. It has to exact as written on the script. But anyway, I am feeling very stressed lately and I really think I deserve a break. How do I get a slight fever or cold or something to get out of going to school to say the speech? PLease help me, any suggestions are okay as long as they’re sensible.

You silly person, you can’t catch a cold at will or a fever. Go to class you sound like you need all the education you can get.
Colds & fever take up to 2 weeks to incubate, so you can’t actually catch anything that quick.
I think you should make yourself go anyway and do your best. Even if you mess up, remember that it’s OK, and you’ll be glad you tried. You can’t always run away from life’s problems- or everything you’re afraid of. Take a break after you’re done, as your reward.

Just pretend your sick. Or you could drink a sh*t load the night before and I guarantee the next day you won’t be pretending your sick, but only if your old enough! 
What you have to do at times like this is to dig deep down inside yourself and find the strength and motivation to go in there and do your best on the french project. Don’t think about things like making a fool out of yourself, just focus your energy towards doing your best and clear your mind of everything else. You will do better than you think and once its over and you did it you will feel better than you can imagine. Running from the challenge will only make you feel worse and will set a president that will follow you for the rest of your life.
you could get cold or fever by someone who has it or by allergies with hot air.

Ok I don’t know enough french to do this but you are better off trying. I had 2 years of french in highschool and 2 years of french in college. I would rather go and make a total fool of my self in class than have to give speech by my self in front of teacher by my self after class one day. I was doing something in french class one day and said something, I still don’t know what, it was wrong but everyone got a good laugh out of it including me and I then got to say, pardon moi Francis which got more of a laugh. .
Also to help with french, do what I did and make flash cards on index cards. Put the French word on one side the English word on the other side and use these to help.
Good luck, Please don’t wait till after class to do this. Remember our teachers are no fools and they know the tricks in the book too. Just give it a honest good try. If nothing else pratice this speech in French in a quite place by your self outloud. It is no big deal, that was a big trick we use in college prior to giving speaches, esp. if they have to be a certain length.
