fevers
The node feels very firm. I get low grade fevers, around 100, about 4 nights a week for 5 months now. I had blood work and all is okay there as well as a chest xray. I am turning 40 this year.

These lumph nodes (occipital) one to three in #s are located on the back of the head close to the margin of the trapezius and resting on the insertion fo the Semispinaliscapitis.
These may have some thing to do with your lympth nodes getting hard and causing the fevers???
Mastoid, Parotid, (precuricular) Buccinator,Supraclavicular ( vrchow”s)
Paratracheal, Jugular If not at least something to read about with the head
