cold
Forever In Debt asked:

I always seem to be the one to get sick every winter. I was curious as to what are some various things you can do for yourself in order to prepare for the upcoming cold and flu season. Also, what foods or vitamins are key to strengthening your immune system?

flu shot, i wash my hands well, and i eat a healthy diet -i work primarily with the infected public in emergency medicine. it’s really a no brainer -rest when you’re not feeling well, stay hydrated, and tell people to cover their mouths when they are coughing in your face.

Vitamin E is important to fight different types of cancers, helping our body to maintain muscle health. These minerals are a must to build an immune mechanism which will help us counter illnesses like anemia, muscle cramps, and low back stiffness.

Vitamin C and B can be low in old folks. Be reasonable and use vitamin additions punctiliously.
